You'll lead a pop culture retail store to achieve sales targets, recruit and develop talent, and provide excellent customer service. • Achieve sales plan and comp sales goals

• Lead operational soundness including shrink, payroll, schedules
• Merchandise store using planograms and launch promos on time

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• Skills in communication, recruiting, and operations
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
