You'll manage and coach a team of Sales Development Reps to book business for GTM, reporting to the Director of Sales Development APJ. Your core impact is driving meeting and pipeline generation through inbound and outbound leads. This role is critical for hiring, mentoring, and training reps to achieve high performance.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage and coach a team of Sales Development Reps
  • Outbound into existing accounts to drive meetings and pipeline
  • Monitor KPIs such as calls, emails, and meetings booked
  • Hire and onboard new SDRs on the team

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Fluent in Japanese and English
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales development or sales
  • 1-2 years of experience as a manager
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS companies

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Salesloft or similar tools
  • Additional languages
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce)
