Description

You will own the execution of enterprise pharmaceutical client implementations end-to-end, holding stakeholders accountable and protecting scope. You will lead client meetings, manage project plans, and develop expertise in the Courier Health platform to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in implementation, technical project management, or client-facing SaaS
• Track record of confirming progress and knowing what done looks like
• Comfortable presenting to and managing senior client stakeholders
• Strong written communication skills
• Technical aptitude to understand data models and system configurations

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project management across multiple concurrent enterprise implementations
• Confirm progress with internal teams and surface blockers early
• Lead client-facing meetings and send structured updates
• Recognize dependencies, flag deviations, and drive creative solutions
• Develop hands-on expertise in the Courier Health platform
