You'll support Account Executives on pricing, deals, and CRM management for Twilio's Communications Strategic Sales team. You'll act as the internal liaison across functions like Billing, Legal, and Security to ensure smooth sales cycles. This role offers exposure to enterprise-level operations in a remote-first environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with pricing and deal workflows using internal tools.
• Create and amend order forms and obtain signatures.
• Maintain CRM records and manage account data queries.
• Serve as internal liaison for cross-functional requests.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of sales, customer success, or account management experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Extreme attention to detail in written and verbal communications
• Operational excellence in spreadsheets and presentations
