Description

You'll drive business development and growth initiatives to recruit physicians into NeueHealth's value-based contract network. This role owns the entire pipeline from generation to close, building relationships with independent primary care practices through consultative selling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, public health, or healthcare administration
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or provider relations
  • Ability to travel up to 60% within assigned region
  • Strong analytical skills with Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities across value-based contracts
  • Generate provider pipeline using databases and attend industry events
  • Conduct site visits and communicate benefits of joining NeueHealth
  • Prepare business development summaries and support deal execution
  • Collaborate with affiliate leadership and internal stakeholders on growth initiatives
