You'll design and build the next-generation MLOps platform for a global payments fintech, enabling rapid development and deployment of machine learning models at scale. You'll own the end-to-end ML infrastructure using Kubernetes and cloud services, driving innovation across traditional ML and LLM platforms. This role offers high visibility and impact in a new AI team backed by top investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain the MLOps platform using Kubernetes and cloud services
• Implement CI/CD/CT pipelines with Argo and Kubeflow Pipelines
• Build high-availability, low-latency model serving infrastructure
• Set up monitoring and alerting for infrastructure and model performance

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in backend development with 2+ years in ML platform or MLOps
• Deep expertise in MLOps practices and production lifecycle management
• Proven experience with low-latency model serving solutions
• Strong Python skills and experience with large-scale distributed systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with distributed compute frameworks like Ray or Spark
• Experience with Kubernetes and Kubeflow workflows
• Knowledge of LLM serving optimization (vLLM, TGI, Triton) and GPU management
