💼 About This Role

You'll lead RF circuit design for aerospace and defense systems at CHAOS Industries, a defense tech startup. Your work will span the full product lifecycle from architecture through production. This role offers hands-on impact on mission-critical systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design, analysis, and tuning of RF circuit boards with MMICs
• Perform architecture development and component trade studies
• Conduct linear, nonlinear, and electromagnetic simulations
• Support PCB layout and RF testing and characterization

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's in EE with 8+ years RF engineering experience
• Experience developing RF hardware for aerospace or defense
• Strong understanding of RF fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with RF test equipment

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced degree in EE or related field
• Experience with power amplifier design
• Familiarity with EMI/EMC and aerospace standards
