🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as local expert for Edinburgh, understanding the restaurant industry.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in account management, sales or strategy.
• Strong commercial acumen and results orientation.
• Comfortable with data analysis to identify improvement areas.
• Full driving licence and car for field work.
