You'll lead testing efforts for the Mission Ops program at E-Space, a company building a LEO satellite IoT system. You'll ensure product releases are verified and validated, working hands-on in a lab environment to create test plans, automate testing, and drive quality assurance for satellite communications.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Write test plans and test cases ensuring requirement coverage
• Perform testing in lab environment and document pre-deployment aspects
• Create and maintain automated test suites using Python
• Identify, isolate, reproduce, and write clear bug reports

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in system performance, QA, or network operations
• 3+ years leading QA groups, projects, or teams
• Hands-on experience developing automated regression test suites
• Expertise in Python and C++ for testing automation

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's/Master's in CS/EE/Aerospace with 7+ years experience
• Experience in fast-paced startup environment
