Description
You will lead the design, implementation, and administration of sales incentive programs, acting as the bridge between Revenue Operations, HR, and Sales to drive behaviors and reward performance. This hybrid role involves strategic plan design, stakeholder communication, and Xactly administration.
Requirements
- 7+ years in Sales Operations or Compensation with 3+ years in management
- Experience in high-change SaaS environments and partnering with executive leadership
- Advanced proficiency in Xactly (Incent) preferred
- Expert-level Excel and CRM (SalesForce) skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
Responsibilities
- Design annual and quarterly incentive plans aligned with revenue goals
- Manage and mentor compensation analyst, ensuring accurate and timely commission payouts
- Act as voice of sales comp, providing training and one-on-one clarity to reps
- Oversee dispute resolution and exceptions process to maintain transparency and fairness
- Serve as primary admin for Xactly Incent, including plan modeling and formula auditing
