💼 About This Role

You'll join Kpler's maritime risk team to monitor and analyze vessel behavior for illegal, unreported, and unregulated (IUU) fishing. You'll support the development of IUU-focused intelligence products and help integrate maritime risk analysis with compliance insights.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor vessel behavior for IUU fishing risk
• Develop draft reports and case studies on IUU fishing
• Validate and interpret fisheries-related signals from maritime data
• Collaborate with data science and product teams

📋 Requirements

• 2 years in maritime analysis or fisheries monitoring
• Strong research and analytical writing capability
• Ability to work with large datasets and detect patterns
• Interest in maritime security or fisheries governance

• Exposure to IUU fishing or fisheries control
• Familiarity with AIS or geospatial intelligence
