Description

You will work consultatively with prospects to identify their business goals and design solutions that meet their contact center needs. You'll provide dedicated sales support to Enterprise and SMB teams, proactively addressing technical needs and driving new sales and account expansion.

Requirements

  • Experience in portfolio pre-sales or solution consulting
  • Ability to work consultatively with prospects
  • Intermediate-level knowledge of NICE software portfolio
  • Strong technical and communication skills
  • Experience supporting enterprise and SMB sales teams

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and address customer technical needs to drive new sales and account expansion
  • Master the NICE software portfolio at an intermediate level to creatively apply technology
  • Critically evaluate technical sustainability of sales opportunities and RFPs
  • Ensure accurate contractual obligations and timely delivery
  • Facilitate smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation
