💼 About This Role

You'll join the Links team to build scalable, high-performance systems using Golang that process billions of clicks annually. Your work will optimize affiliate link routing, attribution, and retailer pipelines for LTK's influencer commerce platform. It's a chance to tackle massive scale and high-availability challenges in a remote-first environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on technical specifications
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with automated tests
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues
• Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience
• Expertise in designing and maintaining scalable databases like PostgreSQL
• Experience with distributed systems in a cloud environment
• Experience writing services in Golang, Python, or Java

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with non-relational data stores like DynamoDB or Cassandra
• Familiarity with observability tools like DataDog
• Experience with feature flags and A/B testing
