As a Lead Project Manager, you will independently manage integrated projects from planning through execution, ensuring smooth delivery across cross-functional teams. You'll own project lifecycles, track budgets and timelines, and drive operational efficiency while fostering a collaborative environment in a healthcare marketing agency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of project management experience, with 2+ years in pharma advertising or regulated environment
• Fluency with interactive mediums: websites, banners, social media, emails
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with attention to detail
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Own full project lifecycle from pre-planning to final execution
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Track estimates vs. actuals and escalate budgetary concerns
• Streamline processes and share best practices with team
• Serve as point of contact for internal teams and client stakeholders
