Description

You will be a valued member of our Client Accounting Services group, building relationships with outsourcing clients and managing your own book of business. This remote role offers career advancement and involves providing transactional support, month-end closing, financial statements, and problem-solving for clients.

Requirements

• Knowledge of entire accounting cycle from data entry to financial statement compilation
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Willingness to learn new things
• Ability to work remotely within the United States

Responsibilities

• Provide daily/weekly transactional assists: AP, AR, credit card import, consultant invoice management
• Perform month-end closing services: AP, AR, bank/credit card reconciliation, fixed asset tracking, loan accounting
• Prepare monthly financial statements
• Assist clients in complete project cycle: project entry, billing, project-related reporting
• Reconcile financial discrepancies, research and analyze accounting data
