📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development.
• Executive presence with ability to engage and influence senior leaders.
• Deep expertise in adult learning, instructional design, and learning operations.
• Proven track record managing and developing high-performing teams.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in consulting or professional services environments.
• Experience designing and scaling leadership development programs.
• Fluency with AI tools and emerging technologies.
