🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage collection portfolio for secured credit products
• Monitor collection agency performance by delinquency and client profile
• Define communication strategies and discount campaigns
• Manage incentive performance and revenue optimization

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree complete
• SQL and Office Suite knowledge
• Analytical skills for performance indicators (funnel, conversion, revenue)
• Experience in vendor management including SLA tracking and process optimization
