You'll serve as the technical and consultative partner to Sales and Account Management teams, enabling customers to realize the value of Trustpilot's review platform. Your work bridges technology and business outcomes, ensuring deal conversion through tailored demos and integration designs. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Account Executives to uncover customer needs and integration requirements.
• Deliver tailored demos and presentations articulating Trustpilot's value and ROI.
• Support pilot programs to validate functionality before contract signature.
• Act as trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle, resolving technical blockers.

📋 Requirements

• Fluency in both Italian and English.
• Experience in pre-sales or solutions consulting in a SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of APIs, web integrations, and data flows.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
