💼 About This Role

You'll lead mission operations across the spacecraft lifecycle, serving as the primary integrator between engineering, ground software, and flight teams. Your core impact is ensuring operational constraints, procedures, and readiness are aligned with mission objectives. You'll also mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide senior technical expertise during testing, rehearsals, anomalies, and on-call operations
• Define and validate operational constraints across mission phases
• Develop and improve operational procedures, flight rules, and workflows
• Conduct mission risk assessments and drive mitigations

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in mission operations or spacecraft operations engineering
• Deep understanding of mission operations concepts (constraints, procedures, ground systems)
• TS/SCI clearance eligibility
• Experience leading operational activities, rehearsals, or real-time operations

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience across full lifecycle of a space mission
• Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering or related field
• Scripting experience in Python or MATLAB
