You'll play an active role in delivering experience design for technology projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create journey maps, prototypes, and design systems. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead delivery and design of technology projects for clients.
• Collaborate on experience design deliverables like journey maps and prototypes.
• Facilitate workshops and develop product design strategies.
• Apply research methods such as user tests and contextual inquiry.

📋 Requirements

• Expertise in experience design with specialties in at least three areas (e.g., user research, API design).
• Comfortable leading research activities employing contextual inquiry, moderated interviews, etc.
• Experienced storyteller able to present research methods and findings to stakeholders.
• Portfolio showcasing expertise in digital products (web and mobile) and enterprise/SaaS experience.
