🎯 What You'll Do

• Receive and analyze FOIA requests.
• Draft response letters and FOIA correspondence.
• Coordinate searches for responsive documents.
• Review records for responsiveness and release determinations.

📋 Requirements

• 6 years of FOIA processing experience.
• Knowledge of FOIA exemptions b(4), b(5), and b(6).
• Experience redacting trade secrets and confidential commercial information.
• Ability to obtain a government security clearance.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior federal government experience.
• Experience with FOIA EXPRESS.
• Active security clearance.
