- Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles across the business

- Drive outbound sourcing strategy and execution across multiple roles
- Manage candidate pipelines with intensity and precision

- Significant full-cycle recruiting experience for technical roles in high-growth startups
- Strong business partnering skills with hiring managers and leaders
- Excellent at building structured interview plans that improve signal quality
- Personally owned heavy sourcing without a separate sourcing team
