You will lead strategy, governance, and execution of enterprise technology operations, cyber security, and service resilience, ensuring platforms are scalable, reliable, and compliant while collaborating with teams to protect assets and enhance incident readiness.

Requirements

• Strong leadership in technology operations, infrastructure, and cyber security
• Proven track record in eCommerce or consumer-facing businesses
• Deep knowledge of IT operations, cloud/on-prem infrastructure, and network security
• Experience in designing operational governance and security controls
• At least 8 years of relevant leadership experience in enterprise-scale environments

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise technology operations, infrastructure, service management, and cyber security
• Define and drive operations and cyber security strategy, roadmap, and governance
• Ensure high availability, performance, resilience, and recoverability of platforms
• Establish and enforce best practices for IT operations, cyber security, and incident response
• Build and maintain security and compliance framework
