You'll own the calibration strategy for electro-optic subsystems at PsiQuantum, a leader in silicon photonics and fault-tolerant quantum computing. Your work will directly shape how these modules perform in production environments, ensuring uptime, scalability, and operational efficiency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop system-level calibration strategies for electro-optic subsystems
• Lead cross-functional calibration risk analysis and mitigation
• Model calibration behavior to optimize system uptime
• Implement calibration procedures in the software stack

📋 Requirements

• M.S. with 5+ years or Ph.D. with 3+ years in EE, Optical Eng, or Physics
• Experience developing complex optical-electronic systems
• Hands-on electro-optic device calibration experience
• Ability to translate technical concepts into system frameworks

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with integrated photonics or RF systems
• Experience scaling calibration procedures in production
• System-level modeling or uptime analysis experience
