You'll sit at the intersection of pre-sales and customer success, owning the full customer lifecycle from value selling through value realization. You'll drive measurable ROI for customers by translating product capabilities into quantifiable business outcomes using Python, SQL, and AI tools. This role blends strategic enterprise deal support with hands-on data analysis.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Partner with AEs on enterprise deals: discovery, business cases, ROI narratives
  • Drive post-sales value realization through joint value sessions and enablement
  • Use Python and SQL for statistical modeling on conversation and platform data
  • Track KPIs, build dashboards in Looker/Tableau, and produce QBR decks
  • Build repeatable templates and automate recurring analysis with AI agents

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in analytics or data science, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Python (Pandas, scikit-learn) and SQL fluency with AI coding tools
  • Experience with statistical modeling (regression, classification, clustering)
  • Proficiency in Looker or Tableau for dashboards and visualizations
