You'll work on improving training throughput for OpenAI's internal distributed training framework, enabling researchers to experiment with new ideas. You'll profile and optimize the framework, apply state-of-the-art techniques, and collaborate with researchers to push the field forward. This role is based in San Francisco with a hybrid work model.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience with machine learning frameworks
• Proficient in Python
• Experience running small-scale ML experiments
• Strong software engineering skills
