💼 About This Role

You'll lead value-based specialty care and alternative payment model initiatives for CMS and CMMI. You'll drive research design, execution, and evaluation while shaping federal proposals. This role reports into AIR's Healthcare Innovations Team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead project execution and business development for CMS and CMMI.
• Direct large complex projects or portfolios of smaller projects.
• Provide senior subject matter expertise on specialty care quality and payment.
• Lead proposal efforts and client relation activities.

📋 Requirements

• Ph.D. in Economics, Health Services Research, or related field with 7+ years experience.
• Master's degree and at least 11 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years leading large federal contracts.
• Experience on prior CMMI alternative payment model contracts.

✨ Nice to Have

• Proven track record winning new business with CMS, AHRQ, or HHS.
• Extensive knowledge of Medicare payment policy, Medicare Advantage, or Medicaid.
• Knowledge of Medicare claims, provider claims, and survey data.
