Description

You will be the key contact for recall programs and declaration operations in Taiwan, ensuring consumer safety and regulatory compliance. You will coordinate with multiple stakeholders to execute recalls and optimize processes.

Responsibilities

• Optimize processes to efficiently monitor global recall information and ensure consumer safety
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, PR, Customer Service, Business Management, and FC to complete recalls within specified timeframes
• Ensure documentation complies with internal policy and track case progress
• Ensure compliance with declaration requirements from competent authorities
• Currently focus on food categories (import infant formula), may expand later
