You'll own and execute organic social media and email marketing campaigns for a growing consultancy. You'll build marketing automation in HubSpot and coordinate with designers and writers to drive measurable engagement growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and execute organic social media calendar across all platforms
• Set up, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns and workflows
• Support on-page SEO: metadata, internal linking, keyword tracking
• Brief and coordinate content production with freelance writer

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of hands-on digital marketing or growth role experience
• Proven experience managing organic social channels
• Solid understanding of email marketing: segmentation, A/B testing
• Analytical mindset: comfortable reading dashboards and data

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Analytics 4 and/or Looker Studio
• Working knowledge of HubSpot CRM or Marketing Hub
• Familiarity with Notion, Slack, Asana or similar project tools
