🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and daily financial records.
• Handle AR: issue invoices, monitor aging, follow up on overdue accounts.
• Handle AP: review vendor bills, reconcile accounts, manage cash flow.
• Process payroll weekly via Gusto, including commissions and bonuses.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping, AR/AP, or payroll.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or NetSuite accounting software.
• Experience with cash flow forecasting and risk management.
• Process-oriented mindset with ability to improve workflows.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience with Gusto payroll system.
• Experience in staffing, services, or manufacturing industries.
