💼 About This Role

You'll provide gold standard emergency care for pets in a fast-paced ER environment, handling triage, treatments, diagnostics, anesthesia, and critical care. You'll be a compassionate presence for pet parents during their most stressful moments, helping people and their pets when they need it most.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Triage, treat, and monitor emergency patients from arrival to discharge
• Perform advanced nursing care including IVs, CRIs, and blood transfusions
• Administer anesthesia and monitor fragile patients during procedures
• Communicate with team and pet parents to coordinate care plans

📋 Requirements

• Credentialed as a veterinary technician (CVT, RVT, LVT, LVMT) in the state
• 1+ years of veterinary technician experience
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in veterinary technology preferred
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis

✨ Nice to Have

• VTS in ECC, internal medicine, or anesthesia/analgesia
• Experience in emergency or specialty medicine
• Associate's degree or higher from an AVMA accredited program
