💼 About This Role

You'll be the brand representative in our Green Hills store, creating meaningful customer connections and driving sales through exceptional service. You'll focus on delivering the Rothy's Experience and building lasting relationships through clienteling. Part-time role with flexible scheduling and a focus on sustainable fashion and personalized shopping experiences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver the Rothy's Experience to every customer
• Drive personal sales and contribute to team goals
• Create lasting relationships through clienteling
• Support stock replenishment and visual merchandising

📋 Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Availability to work at least 16 hours/week including weekends
• Ability to stand/walk entire shift and lift up to 25 lbs
