You'll be the first connection for patients starting their cancer journey, ensuring they feel supported. You'll manage phone calls, registration, and scheduling for new patients. This role is patient-centered and requires bilingual Spanish/English skills.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Answer incoming calls from potential patients and referral sources.
• Register new patients and obtain demographic and insurance information.
• Schedule new patients from referrals via fax or insurance contracts.
• Maintain Excel logs for patient information recordkeeping.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year of related scheduling experience
• Bilingual in Spanish and English

✨ Nice to Have

• Oncology experience
• Knowledge of HIPAA rules and regulations
• Medical terminology knowledge
