🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of New York small group client relationships (50–100 lives).
• Lead annual service plan execution including renewals and open enrollment.
• Design creative benefit solutions based on New York marketplace knowledge.
• Develop and present renewal presentations and financial reporting to clients.

📋 Requirements

• 5-10 years of employee benefits experience with a brokerage.
• 5+ years independently managing small group accounts (50-100 lives).
• New York Health Insurance License required.
• Strong knowledge of small group plans and products and financial arrangements.
