💼 About This Role

You'll join the global Recruiting team at Hudson River Trading as a scheduling and logistics guru, orchestrating a first-class interview experience for candidates and stakeholders. You'll own the operational backbone of hiring, collaborating closely with recruiters to manage candidate flow across numerous teams. This role stands out for its fast-paced environment where you can build and improve workflows from day one.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Schedule high-volume interviews via GoodTime and manual coordination
• Greet and support candidates during onsite and virtual interviews
• Communicate with leaders, managers, recruiters, and candidates
• Manage candidate flow, job requisitions, and process improvements

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in recruiting or HR
• In-person attendance at least 3 days per week
• Experience improving and implementing process changes

• Experience with GoodTime, Greenhouse, and Google Suite
• Strong organizational and communication skills
