You'll join as the first Product Manager for an AI-powered mobile app focused on self-development. You'll define the product roadmap, launch on tier-one markets, and use AI tools to accelerate research and prototyping. This role offers a path to CPO and co-founder.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap
• Lead strategy and launch of mobile app on tier-one markets
• Conduct user research and usability tests
• Track key metrics: retention, activation, engagement, conversion
• Collaborate with design on intuitive gamified UX

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience
• Proven experience launching mobile apps on tier-one markets
• Data-first approach with strong analytics skills
• Experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Firebase

• Interest or background in psychology or behavioral science
• Experience with AI-powered and gamified consumer products
