💼 About This Role

You'll lead TPO product strategy and drive market expansion for a residential solar and energy storage company. Your core impact is scaling partnerships and building new business models. This role offers high autonomy in a mission-driven B Corp.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the TPO product roadmap and execution
• Research and build foundation for new residential business models
• Develop pricing models with Finance and Revenue Operations
• Collaborate with Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Operations

📋 Requirements

• 5-8+ years of product management in high-growth tech or renewable energy
• Deep expertise in residential solar and/or energy storage industry
• Direct experience in product pricing strategy and revenue management
• Track record of taking products from concept to scale in B2B or partner-led environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience working with Third-Party Owners (TPOs) and financing entities
• Experience launching or scaling direct-to-consumer (D2C) products
• Familiarity with software platforms used by major solar financing providers
