Description

You will design and execute requirements-based tests for Archer's fly-by-wire flight control system, collaborate with team members to correlate test results, and ensure compliance with aircraft certification standards. This role is critical to validating the performance and safety of our all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in related field
• Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience with requirements-based testing (ARP4754A, DO-178C)
• Proficiency with Polarion, DOORS or similar requirements management tools
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies

Responsibilities

• Design and execute requirements-based tests for Flight Control System
• Collaborate with team members to correlate test results with analyses
• Evaluate test data to confirm component performance
• Ensure testing complies with FAA, DoD, or other aircraft standards
• Prepare technical reports detailing test results
