Description

In this role, you will lead and execute applied research projects in healthcare, managing teams, budgets, and data analysis while serving as a trusted partner to clients. You will design rigorous studies, develop proposals, and communicate actionable findings to improve health care quality, costs, and access.

Requirements

• Experience in leading and executing applied research projects end to end
• Experience managing teams and budgets
• Expertise in designing qualitative and/or quantitative data collection tools
• Ability to communicate actionable findings to clients and stakeholders
• Experience developing research proposals

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project operations as principal investigator, project director, or task lead
• Lead collaborative project teams, developing timelines and coordinating staff assignments
• Identify research problems and design rigorous applied studies including methodologies and analytic plans
• Apply subject-matter expertise to design and implement relevant and impactful research projects
• Lead and contribute to research proposals for federal, state, foundation, and other clients
