Description

As a Guest Services Staff, you'll be the primary point of contact for guests at the venue, providing excellent customer service, ensuring safety, and assisting with entry, seating, and coat check. You'll help create a positive and secure environment for all attendees.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of related work experience
• Ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude with superior customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Answer guest questions and direct them to venue areas
• Operate coat check rooms
• Scan tickets and administer wristbands
• Resolve guest complaints and escalate as needed
• Monitor guest conduct and alcohol consumption
