You'll lead a team of support engineers in a data center/NOC environment, ensuring exceptional customer experiences during night shifts. You'll drive performance through data analysis and process improvements while maintaining hands-on technical involvement.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Coach and develop team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Ensure proper escalation and incident management
- Oversee overnight maintenance and scheduled tasks
- Manage shift coverage, timesheets, and performance reviews
๐ Requirements
- 2 years of technical customer support supervisor experience
- 2 years managing a technical team
- Basic knowledge of ServiceNow, Windows/Linux/IBMi, or virtualization
- Experience with data center technologies or NOC environment
โจ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with AWS/Azure backup tools like Veeam, Commvault, Carbonite
- Experience with monitoring tools like Zabbix, ScienceLogic, Nagios
- Experience with firewalls (Cisco ASA, Fortigate, Sonicwall, Palo Alto)
