You'll lead a team of support engineers in a data center/NOC environment, ensuring exceptional customer experiences during night shifts. You'll drive performance through data analysis and process improvements while maintaining hands-on technical involvement.

  • Coach and develop team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Ensure proper escalation and incident management
  • Oversee overnight maintenance and scheduled tasks
  • Manage shift coverage, timesheets, and performance reviews

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2 years of technical customer support supervisor experience
  • 2 years managing a technical team
  • Basic knowledge of ServiceNow, Windows/Linux/IBMi, or virtualization
  • Experience with data center technologies or NOC environment

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with AWS/Azure backup tools like Veeam, Commvault, Carbonite
  • Experience with monitoring tools like Zabbix, ScienceLogic, Nagios
  • Experience with firewalls (Cisco ASA, Fortigate, Sonicwall, Palo Alto)
