Description

You will lead mutual fund sales in Mumbai, driving AUM growth and distribution network expansion. Your focus is on retail/non-institutional distribution, building strong relationships with distributors and IFAs, while executing sales strategies to meet targets.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in mutual fund distribution
  • Strong focus on non-institutional/retail distribution
  • Experience managing and training teams
  • Willingness to travel and manage larger territories
  • Deep understanding of regional markets

Responsibilities

  • Own AUM, gross sales, net sales, and SIP targets for the zone
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with national goals
  • Build strategic relationships with top distributors and onboard new high-potential partners
  • Drive distributor engagement programs, training, and product awareness
  • Identify growth opportunities in underpenetrated cities and new investor segments
