You'll design and build AI-powered automation workflows integrating Workday as the primary ERP for a fast-growing enterprise SaaS company. Your core impact will be connecting, transforming, and managing data flows across the entire systems stack to drive operational efficiency and scalability. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement AI automation workflows using Make.
• Orchestrate data flows between Workday Finance and HCM.
• Innovate with AI applications to boost operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Legal, Finance, HR.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years building production-grade automation workflows with Make or similar.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Finance and/or HCM integrations.
• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript for scripting.
• Demonstrated experience deploying AI-powered workflows (e.g., LLM agents).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with n8n, Zapier, or Power Automate.
• Knowledge of EIBs, Workday Studio, or REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience mentoring junior colleagues.
