You'll oversee diverse construction projects across the Southwest, including commercial, industrial, mission-critical, and water/wastewater treatment facilities. Your core impact is managing multiple complex projects or large-scale programs with accountability for safety, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage multiple complex projects or large construction programs simultaneously
  • Communicate and collaborate with Vice Presidents of Operations and Field Operations
  • Ensure project success in safety, quality, schedule, client satisfaction, and profitability
  • Lead business development including client relationships, proposals, and negotiations

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering with 5+ years of construction experience as Project Manager or similar
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with high accountability
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
