Description

As an HR Specialist, you will act as a trusted in-country HR expert for clients, managing the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, complex employee relations, terminations, and compliance with Benelux labor laws. You'll also drive digital transformation and contribute to global HR initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience
• Fluent in English and Dutch
• Deep expertise in Benelux labor laws and European employment regulations
• Experience supporting complex employee relations
• Tech-savvy with HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Zoom, Slack

Responsibilities

• Act as primary HR contact for onboarding, lifecycle events, and terminations
• Manage complex employee relations and termination cases with legal documentation
• Build and manage relationships with payroll providers, benefits brokers, and HR legal advisors
• Advise clients on benefits, payroll, compliance, and workforce planning
• Drive automation and AI adoption to streamline HR processes
