You'll create unique, memorable stories for WFMY-TV, a TEGNA CBS affiliate, sharing across all platforms with outstanding photography and editing. Your core impact is maintaining our tradition of superior reporting while embracing multi-platform journalism. You'll have the opportunity to break free from traditional TV news methods and innovate.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform authoritative live shots in breaking news
• Shoot, write, produce and edit on-air and online content
• Develop story ideas and mine the community for sources
• Use social media and digital tools to discover and distribute content

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years reporting experience
• Solid news judgment and ethical decision-making
• Strong writing and production skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate news vehicle

✨ Nice to Have

• ENPS, EDIUS and Axis graphics experience
• Knowledge of Greensboro area
• Proven social and digital content creation ability
