📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management or platform ownership for customer operations or enterprise systems.
- Deep experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Proven track record leading large-scale system implementations or migrations.
- Strong understanding of customer service technology stacks including automation and telephony.
