Description

You will architect and optimize our B2B sales-led and channel-driven GTM engine. You'll own the systems architecture, lead data orchestration, and build automated lifecycle processes to improve efficiency and alignment across Marketing, SDR, Sales, and Partner teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations supporting B2B sales-led funnels
  • Hands-on experience with Marketo, Salesforce, and LeanData
  • Deep expertise in lead routing, lead-to-account matching, and data orchestration using LeanData or similar tools
  • Proven ability to design automated workflows and cross-system integrations
  • Experience using AI-driven tools or agentic workflows for SDR tasks and lead enrichment

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the GTM systems architecture (Salesforce, Marketo, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Qualified, Outreach, Clay.io)
  • Lead design, governance, and optimization of data orchestration workflows using LeanData for routing, prioritization, and handoffs
  • Design future-state operational roadmap for B2B demand generation, ABM, and partner-led growth through automation and AI
  • Build automated lifecycle processes for lead scoring, enrichment, qualification, and cross-functional handoffs
  • Create dashboards and reporting on pipeline performance, lead velocity, conversion, and campaign effectiveness
