📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of sales experience with 2+ years in leadership/coaching.
• Proven success in recruiting and developing sales professionals.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive strategies.
