• Proven technical experience in software engineering with modern languages like TypeScript and Java.
• Demonstrated technical leadership in a fast-paced Agile environment leading high-performing teams.
• Experience setting performance expectations with direct reports and driving outcomes.
• Effective planning and collaboration with Product Management and stakeholders.

• Experience with frameworks such as React, NextJS, and Spring Boot.
• Ability to diagnose production system escalations and ensure timely deliveries.
